More boppy and upbeat that Belief System label founder Darin Marshall's other work, EPROMs nevertheless stays loyal to his extremely well developed sense of precision, minimalsim, and hyper-truncated beats. The instrumentation on EPROMs sounds all compact and tiny-like, but the negative space introduced as a result gives this music a great sense of airiness, space, and texture. Standout tracks include "Blue-tinted sunglasses," "Boiling," "Liquid Latina," and the awesomely retro "Fuzzy Logic."
